Total Clenbuterol dosage can vary dramatically from person to person and as this medication is one the body adapts to very easily the total Clenbuterol dosage for each person will dramatically change through duration of use. As a beta-2 stimulator Clen as it is commonly known can be safely used by both men and women and both can enjoy the fat burning by-which it can provide. In regards to both sexes we can generally use the same protocol as far as how we cycle the medication although total dosing will again vary. Let’s examine protocol, where to start, how to increase, safe maximum doses and how it all needs to end once use is to be discontinued.

Starting Point Clenbuterol Dosage:

It does not matter if you’re a beginner or a long time Clen user, in any case our initial starting point will remain the same. It is important to remember it does not take all that much to reap the fat burning results you desire; in-fact, it doesn’t take much at all. There is generally no reason to start with a massively high dose and since you’re going to have to increase the dosing as you go due to adaptation you need to start low if you are going to remain safe. With that in mind the starting point Clenbuterol dosage for most men will fall in the 40mcg per day range with most women only needing 20mcg per day. Again, although this is a low dose it will set your metabolism on fire.

Increasing the Dose:

As we supplement with Clenbuterol our body will adapt to the stimulant rather quickly although not nearly as fast as many believe. Even so, the type of Clen cycle you are following will largely determine how greatly you increase the total dosing each time. The majority will however follow a 2wk on/2wk off style of use or simply use continuously throughout the entire diet.

For the 2wk on/2wk off schedule we will generally start with a Clenbuterol dosage of 40mcg per day increasing substantially every 2-3 days until the maximum desired dose is reached on the last day of week 2. Once the next 2 week period begins we will start with a dose close to the ending max dose of our first 2 weeks and finish with the majority of the 2 weeks at our maximum dose.

The remainder of us will generally follow a continuous plan. With this type of plan the total Clenbuterol dosage will start at 40mcg and hold at this dosing for 2-3 weeks. For this plan to work as the body adapts we will increase the dose by 20mcg every 2-3 weeks as needed and will not reach our maximum dose until the diet is almost over; specifically the final 2-3 weeks.

Final Clenbuterol Dosage – Max:

As will be with all medications there is a maximum dose we must adhere to if we are to remain safe. This goes for all medications and not just those of a performance nature but even cold medications, cough syrups and even Aspirin. For most men the maximum Clenbuterol dosage will be approximately 140mcg per day, while many women will find the maximum Clenbuterol dosage to be 100mcg per day. We can safely say the total maximum Clenbuterol dosage for women can be slightly higher, perhaps even a little closer to 140mcg but this can in some cases prove to be a little harsh and 100mcg is simply a safer standard rule of thumb.

Of course many will be tempted to increase the dose beyond these advised maximum levels thinking fat burning will be that much better. Understand this truth; Clenbuterol Hydrochloride can be very safe to use but when you push the envelope you can open the door to some serious risk, most notably cardiac hypertrophy. When you break the 140mcg mark and begin approaching 200mcg per day, especially for extended periods of time you are running a very high risk and the risk will not be worth the extra one pound of fat you might have burned. It will always be best to avoid such high doses and supplement responsibly as to avoid stress on your heart.

Discontinuing Use:

It is a common practice for many who supplement with Clen to ramp the dose down slowly over time and this protocol exist due to many myths about the product. There is no reason to follow such methods and they provide no advantage. However, ending cold-turkey is not the best approach either. Once your cycle and diet is over the best course of action is to drop down to your original starting dose of 40mcg per day and continue such dosing for approximately 1-2 weeks. At this point once complete we will end use and move on to whatever our next course of action may be.
